SOME IMPORTANT INFO
VISAS:

1) All the citizens of such countries as
- Russia
- Belorussia
- members of the European Union (except Bulgaria)
- Canada
- USA
- Japan
- Switzerland

DON'T NEED VISAS or any other special documents to come to Ukraine!
BUT
don't forget please to take Your PASSPORT and INSURANCE for the all period of Your staying on the territory of Ukraine!

2) If Your country is not in the list above - we are very sorry, but You need VISA! :blush:

Therefore don't forget to contact the Consulate/Embassy of Ukraine in Your country and inform us what kind of papers You need to get Your visa and where and how it must be sent!!!

PaymentThe payment will be opened on the 20th of February and every entity will get the datas of 1 of organizers (and own deadline, about 2 weeks - we hope it's enough to pay ) by e-mail for sending the fee through the bank.

! We would like to remind that ALL BANK SERVICES must be paid by participants !

!!! Inform us pls. if any entity could make the payment through WESTERN UNION as it's the easiest way for us to get money and for Your entity if it doesn't have own bank account !!!

If Your entity has it - we would like to ask You to inform us if Your paymewnt could be gotten by the physical person, in Kyiv, in the Reiffeisen Bank Aval:

P.S.1 !!! If the payment is not done by the deadline - people from the waiting list (is attached) will be allowed to occupy the free places!!!

P.S.2 !!! The payment which is done ( even if participant can't come ) won't be returned !!!

1. The deadline for the payment for ERC2007 is the 15th of March 2007!

2. If You pay through Western Union - with all Your questions contact pls. personally the member of our organizing team who is noticed in the message sent by us as a person to get Your transfer! As every entity has own responsible person!

3. If You prefer payment through bank - PLEASE notice for the Reason of money-transfer only that "transaction is not related to business and investment activity.” !!!
