The congress will take place at a distance of 20 km. from the centre of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. All the participants will be hosted in the Sanatorium “Slavutych”, in the recreation zone called Puscha-Vodytsia.

The participants will be met by organizers in Kyiv and conveyed to the base during the day of arrival (29.04.2007).



To get to Kyiv you can take direct train and airlines from almost all European capitals. In Kyiv you will be taken to the place of hosting by the organizing team.

THE CHEEPEST WAYS to get Kyiv are:

1) to travel by hitch-hinking;

2) to travel by bus;

3) to fly to Poland (Warsaw/Krakow) / Slovakia / Hungary / Romania by any cheep flight available in the Western Europe (contacting the local EGEA entity in advance to travel together) and then:
3.1) to buy the ticket for for the direct train to Kyiv;
3.2) to get to any big city near the border (L'viv=L'vov/ Uzhorod/ Chernivtzi = Chernovtsy ) from where U can buy the rail-way ticket for the direct train to Kyiv (will cost You about 60 HRN=10-12 EUR)
3.3) the cheapest way is to go to the Polish city Pshemeshl near Ukrainian border from where U can get to Lviv by bus/minibus (ticket costs 5 EUR). In Lviv U will buy ticket to Kyiv (price - 7-10 EUR). Don't forget to contact local EGEA entity in Lviv! Undoubtelly they will help U;)
