ERCongress

The ERC2007 will start on Sunday, April 29 (Official Opening Ceremony at 16:40) and will be closed on Wednesday, May 2 (Official Closing Ceremony at 20:00) with departure from the place of the Congress on Thursday, May 3 (after the breakfast, by 11:00) - see pls. CongressProgram (attached below)!

All the entertainment program will be organized by the rock-band "SAD" and include it's live performance.

The Congress will include 5 workshops and according excursions + one general excursion into the capital, where we propose every participant to make a choose between 3 possible excursions to learn more about Kyiv and Ukraine:
• to the National Kyiv-Pechersk historic-cultural preserve;
• to the National Chernobyl Museum;
• the State Museum of Great Patriotic War

Workshops:

1. East European countries culture. Globalization impact. Sui generis?

2. Environment and sustainability.

3. Geomorphology, landscape and cultural heritage

4. Recent developments and changes in Eastern Europe: facing the new economical splits.

5. Tourism – business or the way of life?

Excursions

Several field works are planned for the workshops as well as the general excursion to Kyiv.
